Postal Code

Thanks to the singapore postal code, it win me a FREE dinner.... Let me share wif you a bit of history on the singapore postal code. It all start from 1950, with 2 digits from 1 to 28 as there are 28 district. Then in 1979, it became 4 digits...... then in 1995 till now it evlove into 6 digits...
